What are the pros and cons of using a Co-Sleeper?

As a new mom, I am struggling to decide whether or not a Co-Sleeper is the right choice for me and my baby. I have heard mixed reviews about this sleeping arrangement and would like to hear from other parents who have used a Co-Sleeper before.

On one hand, I like the idea of having my baby close to me for easy access during nighttime feedings and diaper changes. I also think it would help me feel more connected to my baby and provide peace of mind knowing they are right beside me.

However, I am concerned about the safety risks associated with Co-Sleeping. I have read that it can increase the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and other accidents, such as suffocation. I also worry that it may make it harder for my baby to learn how to sleep independently in their own crib.

As a parent, I've had experience using both a Co-Sleeper and a bassinet, and I must say, I prefer the Co-Sleeper.
