Hi everyone,
I recently became a new mom and am overwhelmed with the amount of options there are when it comes to buying diapers for my newborn. I want to provide the best care for my baby and ensure that they are comfortable and protected from leaks.
I would love to hear from other moms about their experiences and recommendations on which types of baby diapers are the best for newborns. Should I go for cloth or disposable diapers? Are there any brands that are better than others? What about the different sizes and styles?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Hey there,
As a mom of one, I would highly recommend cloth diapers for newborns. Though they can be a bit time-consuming, they are better for the environment and budget-friendly in the long run.
There are different types of cloth diapers - pockets, all-in-ones, covers, and flats. I personally preferred pockets because they are easy to use and have a waterproof layer. Brands like BumGenius and Thirsties worked well for us.
When it comes to sizing, newborn cloth diapers may seem big at first, but they will fit perfectly as the baby grows. Make sure to have enough inserts and covers on hand to avoid running out.
One thing to keep in mind with cloth diapers is that they may require a bit more effort to keep clean, but it's worth it when it comes to your baby's health and the environment.
Hope this helps!
