Living in a highly urbanized and noisy area, I often miss the calming effects of nature and the positive impact it has on my mental health. I am hoping to create a more natural and peaceful atmosphere in my living space.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to bring in natural sounds, such as birdsong or ocean waves, into my home? Are there any technologies or products that can help me achieve this? How have others incorporated natural sounds into their living spaces?
