Hi all,

I am a new adoptive parent and recently started my journey as a foster parent as well. While I am extremely happy and grateful for this opportunity, I am finding it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Between doctor's appointments, therapy sessions, and caring for my children, it feels like there is always something that needs to be done.

I am struggling to find time for myself and my own needs, and I am worried that this will eventually lead to burnout. I would love to hear from other adoptive or foster parents about how they maintain a healthy work-life balance. What are some tips or strategies you use to make sure you are taking care of yourself while also being there for your children? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
