Hey everyone,
I have a 10-month-old baby who is going through a tough time with teething and discomfort. He's been crying a lot during the night and has trouble falling asleep. I'm struggling to manage his sleep schedule during this period and was wondering if anyone had any tips or strategies that have worked for them.
I'm open to trying anything that might help my little one sleep better and feel more comfortable. I would really appreciate any advice or personal experiences you have to share. Thank you in advance!

Hey there,
I have a 1-year-old who also went through a difficult teething phase. One thing that worked for us was using teething toys or a clean, cold washcloth to help soothe his gums before bedtime. We also made sure to give him a proper dose of infant pain relief medication (after consulting with our pediatrician) to help ease his discomfort.
Another tip that worked for us was to establish a consistent bedtime routine. We found that creating a calming environment by dimming the lights, playing some soft music, and giving him a warm bath before bed helped him relax and get ready for sleep.
I hope this helps and good luck with your little one's teething phase!
