My child is a picky eater and I struggle to find healthy snack options for him. He doesn't like fruits or vegetables, and often prefers carb-heavy snacks like crackers and chips. I'm concerned that he's not getting enough protein in his diet, and I'm looking for some snack ideas that are both healthy and high in protein.
