I am a new mom struggling to get my toddler to try new foods. My 2-year-old seems to be very picky and only wants to eat the same foods over and over again. I am concerned that she isn't getting a balanced diet, and I want to introduce more variety into her meals.
I have tried several methods of encouraging her to try new foods, including making mealtime fun and interactive, involving her in the cooking process, and offering small portions of new foods alongside familiar ones. However, she still refuses to try anything new.
