I'm a working mom of two children, aged 4 and 6, and I'm really struggling to manage my time effectively to balance work and parenting responsibilities. I work full-time and my job requires me to be at the office for at least 8 hours a day, leaving me with very little time to spend with my kids during the week. On top of that, I'm also responsible for managing the household chores, cooking meals and taking care of my kids when my husband is not around.

I'm finding it extremely challenging to manage all these responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. I constantly feel like I'm not giving enough time to work or my family, and it's affecting my mental health.
