Hi there, I'm a stay-at-home parent of a 2-year-old and I'm finding it difficult to maintain my own mental and emotional health. I feel like I'm constantly on call, catering to my child's needs, and I rarely have time for myself. I used to work full-time and had my own set of responsibilities, which gave me a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Now, I feel like my worth is solely based on how well I'm taking care of my child. I'm struggling to find a balance between being a good parent and taking care of my own needs.
