I have heard a lot about using natural elements such as essential oils and herbal teas for their calming and therapeutic properties, but I am not quite sure how to incorporate them into my routine.

I am looking for some guidance on which essential oils and herbal teas are the best for relaxation and how to use them effectively. I would also love to hear about any other natural remedies or techniques that have worked for you in creating a more peaceful and soothing atmosphere at home.
