I am a work-from-home parent and lately, I have been feeling overwhelmed with the endless tasks that come with parenting and working at the same time. Taking care of my kids while meeting deadlines and doing house chores has left me with very little time for myself. I am afraid that if I continue like this, I might burn out and lose my motivation to work.
