I am a parent of a very active and energetic child, and I am constantly on the lookout for ways to help them manage their emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms. After doing some research, I have come across the benefits of mindfulness and meditation practices for children.

I want to incorporate these practices into my child's daily routine, but I am not sure where to start. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how I can introduce mindfulness and meditation to my child in a way that is engaging and fun?
