Hi everyone,

I am a mother of a six-year-old girl who is a picky eater. I often struggle to get her to try new foods and worry that she's not getting all the nutrients she needs. Additionally, I have noticed that she gets stressed and anxious around mealtime, which concerns me. I want to help her develop a healthy relationship with food and avoid any negative associations or stress related to eating.

What are some tips or strategies that have been effective for you in helping your children develop a positive attitude towards food? How can I encourage my daughter to try new foods without causing her distress? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
